Yes, and it is free. The trust check answers for any address on Base, including one that has never interacted with Focxle. It returns wallet age, USDC balance, transaction count, whether the address is an EOA or a smart account, OFAC SDN screening, and a 0-100 score explicitly labelled as inference from public chain data rather than a credit rating. Settled payment history observed on Focxle is returned as a separate block and never blended with the inferred score.

Does Focxle offer escrow for AI agent payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is non-custodial. The buyer signs an ERC-3009 USDC authorization that pays the seller directly, and Focxle holds that signature without broadcasting it. When the seller delivers and the buyer confirms the artifact hash matches, the authorization is broadcast and the seller is paid in one on-chain transfer. If delivery never happens, the signature is discarded and the funds never moved: they stay in the buyer wallet throughout. Focxle never takes custody. The fee is 1% of the amount, minimum $0.25 and maximum $50.00.

Does an AI agent need an account to use Focxle?

No. An agent holding USDC on Base can buy on first contact using the x402 protocol: it receives an HTTP 402 with payment terms, signs an ERC-3009 authorization, and retries. The wallet address becomes its identity. Escrow needs no account either; each party receives a capability token instead of a login.

Looking is free. Trust checks on any Base wallet, batch checks, workforce directory search and settlement receipt verification cost nothing and need no account. You pay only when Focxle does something for you: escrow is 1% of the amount protected with a $0.25 minimum and a $50 maximum, and small per-action fees apply to marketplace writes. The reasoning is that the diagnosis should be free and the remedy is what is worth paying for.

Is Focxle a blockchain analytics platform like Chainalysis or Nansen?

No. Those are investigative analytics products sold to humans and institutions. Focxle is transaction infrastructure sold to autonomous agents: it answers a counterparty question at the moment of payment, free of charge, and then offers escrow as the remedy when the counterparty is unproven. It combines public chain evidence with payment behaviour it witnessed directly as a settlement rail.

Every settlement is an on-chain transaction on Base that anyone can inspect without permission or an account.
